The 2024 Boston Regional Meeting is this Spring’s best local opportunity for networking and hearing the latest developments from academia, CROs, industry, and FDA. Presenters will share progress on research activity directed toward cell and gene therapies, oligonucleotide therapeutics, small molecules, as well as safety pharmacology applications including ototoxicity and cardiotoxicity.

The Regional Meeting encourages Young Investigator participation and provides opportunities for meaningful interactions between academic and industry scientists.

The registration fee includes continental breakfast with coffee and tea service and lunch.

Attendee Information:

Badge Pickup

Please bring a photo ID with you to the meeting. Security will check you into the event and provide a badge for you to enter the facility. Badge pickup starts at 8:00 AM; Vendors can enter as early as 7:00 AM. Anyone who plans to attend the meeting MUST be on our registration list. The onsite contact on May 1 is Vicencia Toledo Sales.

Poster Information

If you submitted to present a poster, please keep in mind the venue only has metal poster stands available, the presenter is responsible for bringing their poster board with them to the meeting. The poster must be attached to a firm material such as foam/cardboard to be able to be displayed on the metal stands.

Parking/Transportation

• Attendees can park their cars at the 55 Franklin St. garage.

• The parking ticket needs to be validated at our security desk before you leave.  

• If you plan to arrive at the conference by subway, the closet T station is Central Sq. on the Red Line, about a 10 min walk from the conference. You can also to take the buses #1, 47 or 70.

Hotel

If you need a hotel, here are two recommendations.

• Le Meridien Boston Cambridge (4 min walk from conference).

• Hyatt Regency Boston (15 min walk from conference).
