Annual Meeting Registration Fees

Registration fees will include full access to the virtual meeting content live and on-demand. This includes access to all meeting materials, scientific sessions, online posters and presentations, virtual Exhibit Hall, sponsored presentations/events, social/networking sessions and more!

Qualifying for Reduced Registration Fees

Waived Registration—US Federal and International Regulatory Agency Employees

In order to facilitate greater interaction with our regulatory colleagues, all US federal employees, and international regulatory agency employees may register to attend the 2020 SPS Annual Meeting in Montréal, Canada at no charge. Waived registration is available to all active US federal employees, and all active employees at international regulatory agencies (must show valid regulatory/government ID at registration). Registration is required by September 1.

Student Registration

The Student registration fee includes the Annual Meeting proceedings, access to scientific sessions, Poster Presentations, Welcome Reception, Exhibit Hall, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks during the scientific sessions. A letter of verification from a department chairman MUST accompany student registrations. Any student registration received with no verification letter will be processed at the higher NONMEMBER fee. Copies of student identification cards are NOT acceptable.

Participants from Developing Countries

Developing countries are defined according to the World Bank Country Classification of Low income and Lower-middle-income economies; click here to see the Country Classification data. Participants registering from developing countries are requested to submit the registration form by mail, fax or email spshq@safetypharmacology.org.

Support for Startup Companies

The Safety Pharmacology Society believes it is important to support innovative discoveries, technologies and ideas, as well as the companies that are created as a result. If your company is a startup and is interested in sending your employees to the SPS Annual Meeting, please contact us to discuss how we can support your employees with one-time registration discounts.

Forms will be date-stamped as they arrive. This is your date of registration. Faxes will be accepted by SPS Headquarters only if a credit card number is clearly listed in the appropriate area.

Note: To prevent double-billing, if you are registering by fax, DO NOT mail your original registration form. SPS needs only one copy for processing. All mailed and faxed registration forms will be processed online by SPS staff.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your registration, all requests must be received in writing to SPS Headquarters no later than August 15. The registration fee will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.
